Senior Accountant - Real Estate

Our client has an exceptional reputation in the real estate development community and is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join their dynamic team! This highly diversified role will not be limited to property accounting alone! The selected individual will participate in the property and corporate accounting closes, client reporting, budget preparation, year-end audit, bank requisitions, tenant billing, and various specials projects as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Accounting concentration is highly preferred. 3+ years Accounting experience. Some Real Estate accounting is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to research and resolve issues.
