Company Description Leading consulting services provider Job Description Responsibilities for the Senior Associate include: Reviewing and/or preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures Reviewing and supervising the preparation of management reporting and ad hoc reporting Handling SEC filings (S-1, S-4, 10K and 10Q) for public company clients as well as focus filings for NASD clients Identifying, researching and accounting for technical accounting requirements of clients Supervising, assisting with and facilitating monthly/quarterly close of clients Utilizing general ledger accounting software Assist with preparation of work papers for complex accounting areas Assessing accounting work papers supporting monthly/ quarterly / annual financial closing Required Skills 4+ years of public or combo experience Financial services experience Strong Excel experience Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Senior Associate Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 65,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J43597
