North West Chicagoland!!! Our client is one of Chicago’s most established and most respected commercial builders, and needs proven, exceptional, senior level project managers that have strong interpersonal skills, and has demonstrated the ability to work closely with field management, subcontractors, as well as cultivate positive owner relations. The ability to travel is required and candidates must have a great working knowledge of primavera or other scheduling software.  $80-120k plus performance bonuses and amazing benefits!!!  QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 10 + years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager. Experience with Office, Medical, Retail, Education/Government or Industrial projects as Lead Project Manager. Experience with Primavera, or other scheduling software Stable work history with a proven track record. Integrity, honesty & loyalty.
