91307 Sr. Compensation & Benefits Specialist Get in on the ground level with this emerging pharmaceutical company! Our Cambridge client has big plans for growth and is seeking a Sr. Compensation & Benefits Specialist to assess and develop their compensation and benefits programs to ensure their competitive edge in the industry. They are looking for a team oriented professional who can be the internal and external lead on all compensation and benefits related tasks. The successful candidate should meet the following criteria: B.S. Degree required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, administration, and evaluation of compensation and benefit programs. Experience in the biotech industry is strongly preferred! Strong understanding and working knowledge of all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to comp / benefits. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
