Position summary:

This is a senior level consulting role supporting Kenexa’s assessment business. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in consulting on assessments for selection, development, talent management, and succession planning. In addition, preferred Candidates will have experience developing new products, competency modeling, executive coaching, providing consulting sales support, delivering assessment feedback, and writing assessment reports.

 

Essential duties:

1. Provide consulting solutions (design, development and implementation of assessments, training workshops, job analysis, recruitment and selection processes, development processes, leadership development programs, training, and executive coaching) for client based projects in line with specific deliverables as outlined and agreed by clients.

2. Drive, lead, and/or provide input and ideas regarding product development in response to current or future client needs

3. Provide advice, guidance and expertise to clients and their businesses to support the retention and development of long standing income-generating relationships.

4. Complete successful business development activity in conjunction with Kenexa Sales professionals relating to assessment clients and possible new business opportunities that support the attainment of Kenexa Assessment sales targets and marketing plans.

5. Create and deliver proposals and presentations for client’s consideration in conjunction with Kenexa sales professionals that meet a client’s current and future needs.

6. Continuously seek to improve overall level of client satisfaction with Kenexa to ensure retention and development of new and existing clients through effective interface with clients that supports the Client Relationship Manager’s approach.

7. Provide support and coaching to colleagues to enable them to deliver and fully understand the range of Kenexa Assessment products and services so that client needs can be fully appreciated and met.

8. Provide ongoing input to the development of internal guidelines, systems and processes that are required to ensure that efficiency and quality standards are established and met across Kenexa and all clients’ projects.

9. Maintain and develop expertise and professional contacts, cascading knowledge and sharing best practice with other members of Kenexa as appropriate

 

Qualifications:

- Qualified individuals must have a Masters Degree or PHD in Industrial, Organizational or Counseling Psychology and a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in assessment, leadership development, product development, performance management and coaching.

- Preferred candidates will also have global experience implementing assessment-based solutions and a track-record of success working with Fortune 500 or similar global organizations.

- Finally, ideal candidates will be willing to relocate to Dallas TX or Lincoln NE, although other arrangements are open for discussion.
