Senior Contracts Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of contract management, with specific experience in managing government contracts, including DOD experience, to join our staff of recognized international experts.

Responsibilities: Negotiate government contracts, including price, terms & conditions. Review contract documents for legal sufficiency under applicable government contracting regulations. Prepare specifications, statements of work and contract clauses. Review RFPs. Prepare GSA schedule submissions, proposals, agreements and subcontracts. Interpret contractual requirements and obligations. Assist in dispute resolution. Monitor contract performance and prepare reports. Manage contracts staff to ensure effective contract administration and internal compliance with contracts and management objectives.

BA/MA preferred in related field of study. Excellent communication and problem solving skills, organized, broad scope as well as detail oriented. In-depth knowledge of contract administration practices/processes. Able to interpret contract language. 10+ yrs experience managing DOD/government contracts, procurement operations, contracts administration. Working knowledge of contract law. Experience with FAR, GSA, BPA/BOA and ITAR.
