Senior Internal Controls Analyst

87775 Well-known International Firm is seeking an energetic, results-oriented Senior Internal Controls Analyst to join their Boston-area office! This is an incredible opportunity for the highly motivated SOX savvy candidate who?s looking to take the next step in their career! The Senior Internal Controls Analyst will be responsible for reporting the results of internal control reviews to division management, recommending and overseeing associated action plans, contributing to the establishment and implementation of new policies and procedures designed to strengthen internal controls and improve overall operation efficiency. The Senior Internal Controls Analyst will also coordinate divisional SOX audit programs, support SOX testing by external auditors, and assist in ensuring SOX 404 compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred. 2-4 years of related experience within public accounting and/or Internal Audit. Solid understanding of SOX and strong technical skills related to GAAP, auditing and internal controls.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. SAP and Hyperion knowledge a plus.
