Senior Operations Manager

You will be responsible for building partnerships with key decision-makers at various client sites in order to grow our outsourced programs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will utilize your strategic abilities to accomplish the following: meeting sales objectives, participating in implementation initiatives, managing financial goals, implementing best practices, recommending training, facilitating/leading programs, delivering customer presentations, building relationships at all levels of the organization, providing consistent and high-quality service.

You will manage multiple KMS operations. Provide overall management support to designated sites. Ensure that performance of each site meets or exceeds both customer and KMS requirements. Ensure the KMS operating system is utilized by all operations. Perform periodic business reviews with each customer. Participate in the development of new business or the expansion of current operations. Participate with other Kelly divisions in the development of new initiatives. Closely monitor financial performance of each site to ensure financial targets are met. Provide training and development support for all direct reports.

Position Requirements:

A bachelor's degree and eight to ten years’ experience in outsourcing services (light manufacturing, distribution, logistics, etc.) is strongly preferred. Management/supervisory skills are required. Excellent interpersonal and customer satisfaction are skills a must. Travel will be approximately __50 to75__% in order to effectively interface with customers and managers at different locations. We hire people who are self-starters with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. It is important that the candidate be proficient in oral and written communication, time management and problem solving.
