A well-established software company with an impressive list of customers in the hospitality, leisure, and fast food industries is looking to add Two Senior/Principal Software Engineers to their team. My client develops enterprise web based applications that allow major corporations to make immediate business decisions that effect the bottom line. Their system has a real-time data processing component and is highly scalable. Also, for the past three years in a row, they have been one of the fastest growing companies in Massachusetts (according to BBJ and Deloitte & Touche). The next generation application is being developing using the latest Java/J2ee technologies. Skills & Experience: A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science. At least 5 years of professional software development experience. 3+ years of Java/J2ee development. Experience with Struts, Spring, and Hibernate are nice to have, but NOT required. Experience with web application development, css, HTML, JavaScript, etc. End-to-end software development experience. Experience mentoring and leading small teams when required. SQL and database layer comfort-level. Motivated and passionate about creating well engineered and high quality applications.
