Senior Real Estate Analyst - Structured Finance

81387 Do you have 5 years of real estate and financial analysis experience and looking to break into the Real Estate market here in Boston? If so, our client, and industry leading real estate investment company, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to join their Structured Finance group! The Senior Analyst will: Pool transactions to create portfolios based on specific market and investor guidelines and construct fund offerings. Design and maintain models. Review pricing and analysis of assigned real estate transactions, from originations to closing. Monitor portfolios and analyze changes during offering period. Prepare investor benefit schedules. Manage fund level cash needs obligations and payments on a quarterly basis for corporate funds during offering period. Qualified candidates will have: A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate/financial analysis Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and Visual Basic. Multifamily real estate and/or tax credit experience preferred.
