Select International is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. 

 

Job Role Summary:

Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Prepares evaluation on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on Select International. May administer tests, check references, and extend formal job offers.

 

Job Profile Summary:

Typically, the Senior Recruiter provides significant input and advice on recruiting initiatives, ensuring that all assigned team members have adequate resources for projects. Identifies needs/opportunities, leads projects, coaches other Associates, and acts as subject matter expert as appropriate. Conducts most sensitive searches where discretion and special handling are required. Able to handle more senior complex requirements.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and professional certification is desirable. 5+ years of experience in recruiting and experience recruiting all organization levels in a fast-paced environment. Results oriented with excellent follow through skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem solving abilities. PC literate in MS Office. Dependable, quick learner. Excellent previous tenure with demonstrated success. General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles. Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively with minimal supervision. Able to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust.
