91184 Senior Software Implementation Business Analyst / Consultant Join this very successful European software company currently growing their U.S. operation in the Boston/Cambridge area to meet demand in what will be the company's strongest market - the U.S. Responsibilities will include: Understand customer needs and translate into business requirements. Identify and develop the business case with prospective customers. Conduct and facilitate customer studies and provide business analysis for presentation to customers. Run customer meetings to gather and manage business requirements throughout the project; with appropriate methodologies such as "use cases". Work closely and directly with customers, Implementation Engineers, and Project Managers to provide customers with appropriate solutions. Conduct process mapping and business process reengineering where appropriate; carry out all sign-offs and track post-implementation results and testing to ensure the customers requirements have been developed as agreed according to sign-off. Monitor "mission creep", track progress and benchmarks. Provide customer with appropriate training, and ongoing relationship management. Requires: Experience as customer-facing business / software analyst, identifying, documenting, communicating business requirements. Software implementation project experience. Training delivery, workshop, and presentation skills. Detailed knowledge/experience of use cases. Experience working for a software company or software integrator on customer sites is required. Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills. Travel 4 days a week to customer sites, work at home on Fridays. Desirable PLUSES: Insurance industry knowledge, knowledge of claims management and claims processes.
