Working from our Plymouth, MN offices, you would be part of a team serving the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses nationwide.It’s a strategic endeavor that requires tremendous creativity and expertise. As part Recruiter, part Researcher and part Detective, our Sourcers don’t just look up names in a database. They turn over every stone in their search for the perfect candidate, using extensive cold calling and networking to develop warm leads that our Recruiters can then interview. Your responsibilities would also include: Performing research to find passive candidates and cold-calling to these candidates Developing a pipeline of solid pre-qualified candidates to present to recruiters Following up on mailers that have been sent out to candidates Calling internal employees to remind them of referral programs Conducting general networking with candidates over the phone Attending occasional job fairs and conferencesThis role requires a high degree of curiosity and innovative thinking, as well as strong negotiation skills. Full-cycle recruiting experience is required, with a focus on sourcing and candidate mining strongly preferred. Engineering or IT recruiting experience is preferred, as is consistent experience with out-bound or cold-calling.
