Our Sparks, Nevada branch is looking for a senior staffing specialist. This person will basically run the office below the Branch Manager and will oversee most daily operations. The job description is as follows:

 

The information below is not all-inclusive to the specific duties of the Staffing Specialist

Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers on a daily basis  

Adhere to all direction given by the Branch manager

Help out during dispatch, Make all calls to supply more workers to customers daily after performing dispatch procedures

Contact customers to send clients out until all clients have been placed, or there is not a demand for the labor.

Place a minimum of 30 calls a day to prospective customers and present sales leads to branch staff.

Administer pay outs to clients on a daily basis

Ensure that the office is neat, clean and organized

Ensure that the branch is free of any safety hazards

Maintain and develop an excellent customer relation with all clients in the branch

Perform collections calls and courtesy calls on a daily basis

Job Requirements:

 Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays to provide quality customer service as needed.

Must not have a problem with having office phones forwarded to a cell phone some nights.

Must be able to complete a 2 week training course in out of town location.

Valid driver license free from repetitive or serious violations

 Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client’s job sites

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

 Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks

 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong computer skills

Ability to treat others with kindness and respect even in the busiest of times

A sense of urgency attached to work tasks as needed

Punctuality is a MUST

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to effectively use verbal and written communication

Knowledge of the Staffing Industry preferred but not required.
