Senior Tax Analyst

88199 Are you a Corporate Tax Accountant looking to move into a larger company? If so, this might be the opportunity for you. Our client, a 2B publicly traded international manufacturing company is looking to hire a Senior Tax Analyst. This position will prepare and review US Federal and State tax returns and in the review of other functional area projects as required. Responsibilities: Assist the Tax Manager in researching and developing audit positions and negotiation strategies in response to inquiries by auditors. Serve as a focal point for selected state tax audits. Prepare and review annual Federal (Forms 1120), State, and Partnership tax filings. Prepare and review international tax filings including E&P analysis, foreign tax credit calculations (Forms 1118), U.S. reporting (Forms 5471) and foreign partnership returns (Forms 8865). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MST and/or CPA preferred. 4+ years of relevant tax experience. Ability to research and write legal memoranda on relevant tax law issues. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
