The Compliance and Analytics Group is responsible for all aspects of tax accounting, reporting and compliance for each domestic subsidiary. You will work closely with business units and advisory personnel to understand specific transactions prior to execution and evaluate all reporting requirements associated with these transactions. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong experience in both federal and state compliance, specifically NYS/C, as well as a working knowledge of FAS 109, APB 28, FIN 48 and SOX. Apply now! Company Description Fortune 500 company Job Description The Senior Analyst will: Analyze separate entity provisions on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure proper reflection of permanent and temporary differences and acceleration of quarterly estimated tax processes Analyze and explain the rationale for all activity being booked to the tax accounts both current and deferred Analyze and sign off on tax footnotes and disclosures of separate entity financial statements Analyze and prepare all federal and state compliance on an accelerated basis Determine and provide documentation of exposure items to appropriate personnel Respond to federal IDRs in accordance with the accelerated IRS audit program Handle all audits for assigned states and maintain documentation as to status Maintain and enforce adherence to internal controls Required Skills 3-7 years of corporate tax compliance experience International tax exposure Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst - Tax Compliance and Analytics Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 80,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J46301
