Shift Supervisor - Belfast, ME

We are seeking a Full-time Shift Supervisor. Duties include, coordinating all aspects of the store's daily operations and contributing to the achievement of the store's goals through teamwork and high quality customer service. This position will report directly to the Store Manager, and will assist the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager with supervising the staff and building an effective sales team. The ideal candidate will have retail/sales experience, supervisory experience, and must possess a friendly demeanor with excellent Customer Service skills. A GED or High School diploma is required.
