Specialty Recruiter We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. We are looking for experienced recruiters with a proven track record in the technical field.  This is a great mid-level position for someone eager to further their career in recruiting and have the opportunity for advancement. A Specialty Recruiter is a recruiter with at least two full years recruiting high level technical professionals who consistently demonstrates the ability to find, search and place qualified .Net and Java professionals on a national level.
