The Opportunity– Senior Associate
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and directly recruiting candidates for our clients. You will assess candidate’s credentials against the requirements of the role and help present talent to our clients (verbally and in writing). Our work is largely outbound; so you need to be comfortable and effective networking with, engaging and stimulating interest in well-positioned leaders in relation to assigned opportunities.

A) Academic / Experiential
þ Bachelors degree
þ Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate and / or provider-side experience (ideally in one of the following disciplines: Recruiting, Sales, Consulting, Finance or Public Accounting)
þ Exposure to quality employer environments (i.e., as employee, consultant / other in other provider roles)
B) Soft Skill Requirements
þ Confidence, maturity and credibility
þ Effectiveness communicating clearly, logically and convincingly; verbally and in written form
þ Strong ability to listen, conceptualize and articulate sophisticated concepts in simple terms
þ Exceptional business and sales instincts and judgment
