Sr. Estimator/Preconstruction Estimator-ENR RATED GC! Denver, CO DO YOU WANT TO BE KNOWN AS ONE OF THE BEST?  One of the largest and most reputable commercial general contractors in all of Colorado is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Estimator or Preconstruction Estimator. Experience in commercial buildings such as retail, schools, offices, hospitals, high-end multi family, laboratories and other hi-tech projects is preferred. The person needed for this position must have conceptual and hard bid estimating skills. Pre-construction, value engineering and other services offered by the company will be part of the job. This company is experiencing significant growth and will need this person immediately to come in and hit the ground running with little or no training necessary. This position requires at least 5 years experience with a general contractor estimating commercial projects in the $5-50M range.  Local experience with previous relationships with Subcontractors is a preference and will be an advantage to anyone interested in this position. In our opinion, there is not a better company, so do not delay!
