As a result of our continued success, we are seeking a Sr. IT Recruiter to join our temporary Staffing practice in our Bridgewater, New Jersey headquarters. The ideal candidate will have career experience recruiting and placing exceptional IT candidates in the Financial and Pharmaceutical industries. The candidate should have an exceptionally strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, be financially driven and enjoy a great team environment.

Requirements:
* Previous recruiting experience within the IT Services Arena is a MUST.
* Significant experience in Finance and/or Pharma is a MUST.
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Excellent organizational / time management skills
* Understanding of IT Technology is a big plus
* Computer literacy (MS Office)
