Responsibilities: -  Lead and manage multiple, large construction projects and teams -  Develop and monitor construction schedules -  Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, and unions -  Enforce mutual compliance with contract documents -  Direct Assistant Project Managers and on-site Superintendents -  Attend meetings on-site to review schedules and quality of construction -  Investigate adverse situations and implement corrective measures -  Cost management -  Monitor invoices, order processing, and payments -  Report and document Monthly Project Status Report -  Responsible for project success   Candidate Qualifications: -  B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural, or a related field -  7+ years of experience -  Extensive experience with project prioritization and planning Salary: $80,000-$110,000 DOE   Employees will profit from an excellent compensation package including a competitive base salary and bonus plan.
