Sr. Staffing / Relationship Manager - To $70K + Commission

As a Staffing Manager, you will find daily challenge and satisfaction in the following:Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and placing top tier candidates in both contract and direct hire opportunities. Networking and building long lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Forging and solidifying existing and new business relationships. Conducting references and background verifications.Assisting clients with formulation of job descriptions. Assisting candidates with interview techniques and resume critique.

Qualified candidates will possess:

· A minimum of 3+ years recruiting/staffing experience.
