Comverse in Wakefield, MA is looking to hire a couple of strong Recruiters that have worked in a high volume, global recruiting environment specifically in the High Tech Marketplace for our Mt. Laurel, NJ facility. This is a very fast paced environment with little or no systems.

 

This position will give you the opportunity to manage the recruitment efforts and client relationship at our largest development facility.  Your recruiting responsibilities will require the traditional work of sourcing, qualifying and closing candidates for your open requisitions and ensure timely filling of open positions while managing a hiring process.  Administratively, you will be required to main a candidate tracking sheet, update an open requisition report, facilitate the internal transfer process and develop recruitment strategies necessary to attract the right people to Comverse.  You’ll manage the searches for high level, high visibility positions utilizing retained search when necessary.

 

You will report to the Director of Employment for the Americas Region who is based out of Wakefield, Mass.  As part of the HR-Shared Services organization, you will work closely with the HR line managers who support your client groups.  Project work as required (i.e., interview skills training, employee referral programs, college recruiting programs, etc).

 

Requirements:

 5+ years recruiting experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment across multiple disciplines.  Must possess good organizational and communication skills and the ability to work with a high degree of urgency. Ability to partner with hiring managers and senior executives and look for creative ways to add value to the hiring process. Excellent excel skills and knowledge of technology as it relates to recruiting  Language skills highly desired
