Inpatient and Outpatient setting. * Provides age-appropriate services including; comprehensive assessment, direct treatment to individuals and groups.* Supervises treatment delivered by other patient care staff. * Develops a home exercise program. * Provides patient, family instruction. * Participation in PI programs. * Documentation of services according to hospital and department standards. * Is responsible for adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.
