Clovis is actively seeking an aggressive, proactive IT Account Manager. This results-oriented individual will manage key account relationships and campaigns, and must be able to comfortably interact with Human Resource Managers, Directors of Marketing and Sales in addition to “C” level executives.

 

We are looking for only top-tier, A-level sales professionals who are motivated to increase their earnings and skilled in developing long-term strategic relationships, with a track record to prove it.  We are looking for someone who loves to close the deal and has fun working through the highs and lows of the sales cycle. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintaining all aspects of this full life-cycle sales position including calling on prospective clients, maintaining existing client relationship, and searching for qualified candidates.Achieving quota through additional placements to existing client accounts and placements with new accounts. Acts as primary point-of-contact for the clientDeveloping new business, growing existing customer relationships and coordinating recruiting efforts by the recruiting staff.Manage existing Clovis accounts Execute a sales and marketing plan to generate new staffing and recruiting services for prospective clientsSeek new avenues to attract A-level candidates for hire by our clientsClient networking – join and attend networking groups in specified demand areaDeveloping relationships with clients through various techniques inclusive of, but not limited to, cold calling, networking, referrals, in house business development group (SGG)Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns.Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the Client.Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts.Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.

 

REQUIREMENTS:Experience in sales or staffing. Proven track record of generating new business through prospecting efforts and expanding opportunities through existing relationships. Recent history of quota achievement and large/medium account penetration and executionMust be self-motivated, be a team player, and possess a high standard of integrity.Strong research capability.Day-to-day client management experience.Strong project management skills.Strong quantitative skills.Extremely organized and highly motivated.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and account results.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience giving presentations to clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office.The ability to operate under pressure and in a competitive environment is a necessity for success in our businessCandidates with 2-10 years of outside sales experience or staffing industry experience strongly preferredBachelor’s degree
