A Staffing / Client Coordinator with TempStar Staffing posses excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proven multi-tasking; strong computer skills; and effective time management.

 

The position is the primary employment resource for our clients and field employees by:

·  Recruiting, interviewing, and screening qualified candidates for office / professional positions.

·  Ensuring successful placements of temporary, intent-to-hire, and direct hire candidates.

·  Coordinating client interviews, including candidate career guidance and interview preparation.

·  Determining candidate compensation packages based on relevant experience, education, and skills.

·  Partnering with our client to identify their transitional and long-term staffing needs.

·  Negotiating appropriate bill rates and conversion / permanent fees with clients.

·  Maintaining a detailed database of clients, requisitions, and candidates to facility optimal matches.

 

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:

·  Prior recruiting and/or client services experience is a plus.

·  Prior business-to-business communication is preferred.

·  Strong customer services skills, providing excellent client and field employee experiences.

·  Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·  Accurately and effectively communicate on the telephone and face-to-face.

·  Great negotiating and problems solving skills.

·  Ability to think “outside the box” for recruiting and marketing.

·  Organized and detailed-oriented with a tremendous ability to multi-task

·  MUST have working knowledge of MS Office products:  MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·  Stable work history with verifiable references.
