You will help us by…

§ Developing new business and exceed financial objectives by increasing gross revenue 10% year over year.

§ Improve relationships with new and existing customers through weekly face to face visits and phone contact to assure a high level of results in achieving customer job placements.

§ Develop our recruiters to successfully interview and identify temporary, contract and direct placement opportunities for top talent.

§ Work directly with customers to form unique profiles, including specific hiring criteria, company needs for training, compliance issues and seasonality planning.

§ Negotiate bill rates, placement fees and contracts with clients, national accounts, and government agencies.

§ Develop and manage metrics for a learning program to lead our employees to accurately document and maintain applicant, talent and customer information in our database.
