Due to growth, we are looking to add a high energy, customer service driven staffing professional to our team in Tukwila. You must be comfortable working in the ultimate multi-tasking environment. We have a fast paced, activity driven office with a focus on a high level of customer service to our clients and our associates. We primarily focus on light industrial positions. You must be comfortable working to staff positions such as: warehouse, assembly, production etc. Seeking bilingual candidates - ability to communicate in Spanish will be helpful for this position. A Staffing Supervisor is at the heart of Remedy’s business, matching talented, skilled associates with clients' staffing needs. By building the Company’s client base and pool of qualified talent, this position makes significant contributions to the team's financial and growth performance. Major Responsibilities Include: * Recruit, interview, evaluate and hire Remedy associates. * Be part of the team that builds new client relationships and maintains existing client relationships. * Provide outstanding customer service to clients, prospective clients and associates through proactive communications and the timely resolution of issues. * Integrate associates into the Remedy team by conducting new hire orientations, effective coaching and performance monitoring. * Conduct applicant reference checks and initiate background checks. * Process branch payroll. * Maintain complete and accurate client and associate records and daily activity reports. * Follow established company policies to ensure non-discriminatory and legally compliant and ethical practices. Requirements*Attributes for success: * At least two years of staffing, customer service or human resources experience (BA degree preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Bi-lingual Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required. * Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast paced work environment. * Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. * Strong customer service orientation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a winning team. * Functional knowledge of office productivity software (e.g., MS Windows, 10-key calculator, etc.). * Strong business ethics and a high level of professionalism.
