Requirements:
- At least 3 years of luxury store management experience
- Knowledge of current trends in fashion retail
- Proven staff management
- Ability to create positive in-store experience for customers
- Excellent references
- Professional sales approach

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and responsible Store Manager for a high-end retail store.

As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Strategically train, develop, and motivate a sales team daily
to maximize store sales/profits and encourage teamwork.
Maintain and manage the sales floor at the highest visual standards.
Assist in coordinating new merchandising directives including monthly window displays.
Know store operations and handle customer service issues,
stock and inventory, scheduling, registers, loss prevention,
payroll & more.
Partner with Human Resources Department in recruiting and
addressing various employee relation issues.
Handle miscellaneous tasks and/or projects as directed.
