Job Duties: Plan, direct, design, and coordinate the manufacturing processes within an industrial facility Lead manufacturing engineering resources to implement systems which meet program goals Develop and manage a detailed program timing plan and cost reduction plan Provide forward planning estimates on new programs Review machine quotes, prints, and approval drawings to ensure adherence to specifications and process requirements Determine the equipment and tools needed in order to achieve the goals per product requirements Oversee projects on improving the performance of existing tooling, reduce costs, and enhance reliability Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and cost estimates Analyze the layout of equipment, work flow, and assembly methods, in order to maximize efficiency Continuously improve quality, cost, responsiveness, and safety Support the development of error proofing plans Solve operational problems or issues as requiredJob Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Similar degree Minimum requirement must be within one year of licensed PE Qualified applicants must have exceptional experience with standard practices and procedures Applicants with experience with lean and/or TQM principles are highly desirable Must have excellent time management skills Individuals must have strong oral and written communication skills Must be able to solve issues quickly and efficiently Must be able to translate the company vision and strategy into clear, attainable goals Applicants must have strong computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other similar software programs Must have a friendly, get-it-done, attitude Applicants must be creative thinkers Candidates must possess the drive and ambition to succeed in this position!Salary:Competitive, depending on experienceBenefits: 401k plan, health, dental, vision, paid vacation, and paid holidaysIf you are interested:We continue to grow and advance and you can be a part of it.
