Commercial Superintendent Needed Rare Opportunity to let your Talent Shine! Location: Grand Junction, COI work with a leading General Contractor in the Colorado market that is seeking a newer to experienced Superintendent with experience in commercial buildings for their Grand Junction office, such as retail, medical/office buildings, and schools.  The majority of my company's work is negotiated or complete design build.  They have a great reputation based on their product, and the ability to retain top talent.  They hire the "best of the best" to team up with their elite team, in order to work on fun, supported, successful projects.  When you work for my company, you will work with the best in the industry!  If you are looking for an opportunity to find out if the mountains are for you, this is a perfect opportunity!  The applicant chosen for this position must have a strong background in negotiated work.Experience in design build is definitely a plus, but is not required.  Running accurate schedules and getting subcontractors to respond in all situations is crucial!  Prefer someone with 2-7 years of experience who is just getting their career started with some solid experience already underneath their belt! You will work hand-in-hand with some of the best Project Managers.  Projects will be a combination of ground up new construction, as well as some interior build outs.
