This position will screen candidates and manage the candidate process to provide a high-level of recruitment support to our client organization.

TALENT DISCOVERY CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
We need candidates with excellent communication skills who has the ability to handle outbound calls in a very high volume/fast-paced environment and conduct initial phone screens with candidates for our client organization.  Candidates should be enthusiastic and possess an up-beat can-do attitude.  We are looking for a team player and somebody who has the ability to multi-task.  This includes any duties additionally assigned by Lead Project Recruiter and/or Account Manager. We are looking for people with some flexibility regarding hours, shift, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be proficient in the area of Microsoft Desktop applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• High school diploma or GED
• Position will be part-time and require some flexibility of hours
