Technical Accounting Manager

83261 Established, successful Billion-dollar High Tech Manufacturer is seeking an enterprising and motivated CPA to share their extensive technical accounting expertise with their Boston area office as the Technical Accounting Manager! The Technical Accounting Manager will be responsible for handling technical accounting issues associated with the firm?s revenue recognition, transaction structuring, environmental and product liability accounting, acquisition accounting, and due diligence activities, as well as supporting finance operations in treatment of GAAP. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and CPA required. 4-5 years of demonstrated technical accounting experience. Thorough knowledge of SEC requirements.
