Technical Lead

90260 Growing client seeks a Technical Lead to join their professional services group. This person will organize and lead the technical aspects of an entire project. You should be a technologist that has excellent customer facing skills strong organizational skills and solid technical background. Experience with Java and SQL is best. You won't be coding day-to-day, but you will be the interface between clients' technical staff and the engineers at this firm, so you need to know how to communicate in a technical manner, as well as troubleshoot problems when necessary. Healthcare experience is ideal but not required. This role could have management potential in the future! Requirements: 5+ years experience as a Technical Team Lead or Technical Project Manager preferably in health care or insurance setting. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Experience with SDLC and software implementation processes. Proficiency in MS SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, XML, HTML, JavaScript. Strong client focus and collaborative work style. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
