* Experience in use of advanced Boolean searching techniques and have a proven ability to utilizing creative search techniques such as niche/industry web sites to identify qualified candidates.


* Must be comfortable generating leads as well as interviewing and communicating with candidates.


* Must have ability to develop, source, screen, interview & work w/hiring managers to develop offers of employment. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements for open positions.  Participate in the qualification, interview & debrief cycle. May search for & identify candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions.


* Excellent PC skills are required, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel,Word)

* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.


* Sense of humor a huge plus
