Five to eight years proven telecom recruiting experience.

 

Work on new/open client job orders and provide quality candidates. Responsible for the  complete life cycle of recruiting which involves understanding Client requirements, qualifying the candidates, preparing submittals, coordinate interview, negotiate, hire and on-boarding.

 

Use multiple strategies to source candidates including but not limited to Job Boards, social networking, and referrals.  Understand H1B and VISA process to support candidate in their US or international deployment.

 

Provide feedback to the account managers about the candidates.  Represent candidates to Client.  Maintain high candidate loyalty.

 

Identify and prioritize requirements for optimal performance

 

This can be a virtual job as well.  You don't have to reside in the Atlanta area.
