Telecom Sourcer needed Immediately

We pride ourselves on exemplary customer service and long term customer partnerships. Telecommunications Sourcer will be responsible for driving recruitment activities on a national level. The Sourcer will be responsible for identifying qualified resumes through extensive database sourcing, utilizing internet mining including posting ads on job boards. Sourcer will then complete a thorough phone screen of each candidate and submission. At least 6 months of experience in recruiting/sourcing preferred. Experience in Telecomm STRONGLY preferred.

Job duties include:

Posting ads for all open positions
Review emailed resumes and perform technical phone screen with candidate
Submit qualified candidates to client
Enter all candidates into database for tracking and future sourcing
Search database for candidates
Notify and keep in touch with submitted candidates as interviews and offers arise
Maintain a required volume level for weekly submittals per the client’s expectations
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are a ‘must have’ Organizational skills are necessary to continuously pipeline qualified candidates to be submitted against positions that are a fit as they become available Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task since priorities change daily Proactive approach to candidate sourcing involves ability to search database, post positions, retrieve resumes, network, call candidates, and interact with sales team Technical skills include experience using MS-Word as a requirement, and familiarity with recruiting databases and Lotus Notes are highly desirable skills
