Territory Manager - Furniture Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES Our client is a progressive company looking for an outside sales representative to serve as Territory Manager for the Houston market. Additional job requirements Will execute Company marketing and sales strategies with all of the dealers in the territory. Must open new qualified dealers in the territory, as per set dealer qualifications. Will travel the entire territory on a regular basis with set appointments and meeting objectives. Capable of meeting dealer recruitment quotas. Constant need to train and implement Company business plan to dealers. Weekly discussions with Regional Manager, on business opportunities, competitive activity and general business trends. Prepare an on time, detailed monthly report of territory activities. Must be able to conduct product training sessions for retail sales people as required Rep will attend sales meetings as required and be present in the showroom at trade shows when required CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate will have solid outside sales experience (3-5 years with documented success), and be looking for a company with many growth opportunities.
