Position Description:

Work closely with physicians and internal customers to coordinate long-term housing details required in a locum tenens assignment. Assist VISTA travel coordinators with general duties. Learn and grow alongside experienced Travel Agents. Make the most of your collaboration and communication skills; your attention to detail; your tenacity; your computer savvy; and your very strong phone-based customer service and negotiation skills. Requirements:Some post high school education with emphasis in business communications, or equivalent.One year experience in customer service or administrative operations with emphasis in travel or equivalent. Excellent phone skills. Demonstrated proficiency in the following:Using Microsoft Office products, typing and l0-key.  Ability to learn the VISTA application and use it to set priorities, document comments, and complete tasks.Ability to do research and create correspondence with good spelling and punctuation.Ability to make and take physician and client calls as needed.Ability to keep computer and paper files current and accurate.Ability to work with our internal customers and physicians to coordinate travel, housing, and local transportation.Ability and willingness to work under pressure to resolve unexpected and unanticipated problems. Flexibility to perform unscheduled assignments.Ability to work with moderate supervision.

· Ability to develop and maintain excellent communications and work effectively with clients/physicians, colleagues and others during the performance of assigned responsibilities.

· Excellent organizational skills with a proven record of attending to details and accomplishing tasks in an efficient and effective manner.

· Project desired company image and demeanor and support the company’s mission.

· Willingness to sign an employment agreement.

 Physical Demands:

· Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.

· Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

· Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

 Preferred but not required:

Prefer someone with previous office experience in a staffing work environment or related business.
