They’re looking for general superintendants who can handle large, multi million dollar projects, in all 16 divisions of commercial construction. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate the ability to work with others, and meet deadlines! Strong scheduling and communication skills are a must. This is an exceptional opportunity to build some of the most cutting - edge, high profile projects today’s market has to offer! $90 – 120k plus performance bonuses and amazing benefits! QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 10 + years of experience as a commercial or industrial lead superintendant. The ability and willingness to travel 100% Experience in ground up Office, Medical, Education/Government or Industrial projects. Self Perform experience a huge plus!!!
