Company Description Financial Security Assurance Job Description Job responsibilities for the Accounts Specialist include: Working with PeopleSoft or any other large general ledger software module Preparing accounting journal entries Experience processing wire transfers Preparing daily wire transfers in Excel Logging daily wire transfers to control worksheet Entering and process wire transfers in online banking system Photocopying wire transfers and organize them weekly Prepare and process monthly journal entries for various wire transfers Maintaining weekly cash forecast worksheet Maintaining investment cash transfer worksheet Reconciling debt payment calculations Preparing monthly journal entries for various security related activity, i.e. interest and principal paydown Required Skills Proficient in Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Treasury Clerk Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 20.00 - 20.00 USD /hour Reference Id: U957220
