Company Description Prominent investment organization Job Description Job responsibilities for the Vice President of Product Control include: Oversee production of daily and monthly P&L and balance sheet for the trading desk Understanding and explain the main drivers of the desk's P&L. Communicate daily with traders and controllers management to support and control the business Completing regular analysis of trader marks, to ensure accurate valuation of the portfolio Liaising with Operations, Strategists and the trading desk in a support solution capacity Building and enhance P&L policies, pricing processes, and control environment for new business Interfacing with other support areas such as the Tax Department, Financial Reporting, Corporate Treasury, Firmwide Risk, and Compliance Attesting to quarterly Sarbanes Oxley risk and key control assessments Contributing to the Firm's footnote disclosures and MD&A for legal entities and products supported Required Skills 6+ years experience Experience with cash and derivative financial instruments MS Office Knowledge of GAAP Knowledge of Variance Analysis, Trend Analysis, General Ledger, GAAP, Derivatives, Daily Profit aand Loss Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Vice President of Product Control Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 85,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J49723
