You will be a key member of a growing organization that delivers high quality, value-added Marketing and Information Technology services and solutions.

 
Responsibilities:


 Identify, target and develop new business
 Have the ability to sell to various decision-makers from line Managers to C level Executives .
 Customer prospecting, research, cold calling and Account Development is essential.
 Capable of identifying and creating new business opportunities by understanding the business goals & challenges relevant to your prospects and existing customer industry.
 Become familiar with customers strategic planning hiring goals, project plans, organization charts and annual objectives/budgets.
 Work with recruiters to submit candidates, promote interviews, solicit offers, generate placements and follow through with key completion tasks to insure quality relationships and success in the accounts you have established.

You should be highly-motivated and flexible enough to work from your home office (Virtual). You must be assertive, self-motivated and have an innovative personality to solicit new business. Success on this team requires consultative business to business Information Technology sales and Marketing experience. Representing Equinox Consulting LLC to clients requires an energetic, professional, resourceful, communicator with at least 2 full years of Staffing sales experience.

Equinox Consulting is offering the chance to make unlimited income! You will receive 50% of all placement fees. It is quite feasible to make $250,000 your first year!
