We are seeing more and more needs for strong HTML and Web Interactive talent and have numerous open jobs requiring these skills. If you are a raw coder fanatic (no use of wysiwygs) or looking to do more design, we have the best jobs that can utilize the strongest skills you have. Your job could have you working in HTML with a need to have a solid grip of HTML and web standards. Another project could be using your strong Flash and design skills. POTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Mockups for website and email campaigns.Graphics and code for website updates and emails.Create compelling, original designs for interactive platforms.Meet aggressive deadlines.Taking raw content from one location and putting it into another location.POTENTIAL REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 1+ years experience.Strong HTML raw coding skills.Experience designing motion graphics with tools such as Flash or Adobe AfterEffects.Strong Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills.Experience optimizing images for the web.Design motion graphics and animations effects.Experience with XHTML and Web Standards a plus.Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology.Exhibit visual and technical problem-solving skills.Ability to translate client requirements into designs that are visually exciting and easy to use.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Great attention to detail.Experience in ad agency or corporate environment.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Graphic/Web Design, Communications or equivalent.Experience with PHP/mySQL.Knowledge of template-driven websites and content management systems.Print production skills including InDesign, large-scale collateral, PDFs.POSSIBLE JOB LOCATIONS: Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder, Ft.
