BLAH, BLAH, BLAH….”It gets better…..“We are looking for a unique individual who has a great desire for professional growth… etc., etc. etc…We offer a tremendous compensation package with great benefits and a tremendous overall career opportunity….. We will keep your resume on file for future consideration etc, etc. Believe me, I know what these ads are like. I write them myself, ALL THE TIME. Let me guess, you are sick of applying to these ads but you have to find another job, or something like that …. Right? After all, you have to work, that’s what EVERYBODY does. Let me guess, you don’t like your boss, you are underpaid, you work too many hours, your company is having financial problems, you were fired or let go, you are just getting out of college, etc. etc. etc.… These reasons go on and on and on…… The truth is this. True talent is often frustrated by the corporate constraints that are placed on them.
