Compensation: $9.00/hr for training-$10.00/hr for production Customer Service Representatives will be: * Fielding inbound calls in a customer care setting. * Assessing needs of caller in a timely manner and resolving issue on first call. * Working in a fast paced environment, using problem solving skills. * Appropriately communicate with customers to resolve their inquiries. * Takes responsibility for filling customer needs in an empathetic manner.  Professionalism and prior Customer Service experience is a must for this position!!
