-Lots of energy and drive to make the sales happen

-Enjoyed surpassing sales goals and reaching to be the best

-Experience as a customer service all-star!

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-1+ years of outside B2B sales experience

-A Valid WA Driver’s License and car

-Experience with MS Office

-A degree, this is desired, yet it is not required.

 

WCI has a compensation program that has an above standard base and generous commission program- where new reps can make $75,000 or more the first year and over $100k the second.  There are also cool prizes, trips and President’s Club for top performers!   In addition to all this, WCI offers excellent medical and dental, 401(k) with match, life insurance, free parking and paid vacation and holidays.
