Join our team and let Graybar work to YOUR advantage! RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for sales and service of one or more assigned customer locations.  Solicit new business at assigned locations and identify products and services to meet customer’s needs. Provide products and services according to customer agreement and answer questions regarding capabilities, pricing, shipments, billing, etc. Authorize return goods in accordance with written agreement and company policies and assist Financial Department in resolving claims and other financial issues. Arrange and conduct presentations on new products and services. Relay service needs of customer to appropriate personnel and follow-up on customer requests. Recommend changes to Graybar and customer’s processes to drive down costs. Assist management in establishing sales and gross profit budget for assigned locations. Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
