Accounts Payable Administrator

Vedior NA is currently seeking a well-seasoned Accounts Payable Administrator to work a 12 month contract role on-site with it's client in (Irving, TX.

Candidate must be an expert in Excel with the ability to create pivot tables for reporting and data that will be used for confirming and validating invoices for payment. The candidate must be able to work in a fast past sometimes high stressed environment and handle the pressure. They must be a quick learner that can jump in and move quickly as well as change quickly if the rules change. Experience with finance invoice validation processing required as they will be managing multiple invoices per day and validating the amounts are accurate before submission for signatures and approvals.
